DPD will email you on the morning of your delivery, this will be messaged to you through text and email, usually by 11am, though this time can vary depending on when your delivery is loaded onto the vehicle.
Your hour's time slot cannot be changed as it is within the driver's fixed route. You can, however, request that your box is left with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are unlikely to be at your property at this time. DPD will take a photo when it is delivered and send this to you for confirmation.
Please note that DPD delivers up until about 9pm, so there is a chance that you might be allocated an evening hour's time slot.
