What Day will my Dishpatch arrive?
We use DPD to deliver all our boxes on Tuesdays and Fridays every week depending on which day you have selected. On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a text and an email from DPD with an allocated hour's time slot. This cannot be changed, but if you are not going to be in, you can choose to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place in response to DPD's message.
We highly recommend downloading the DPD app where you can add further delivery instructions, your what3words location and even a photograph of your property to help the driver locate your address.
My Dishpatch delivery has been delayed - what do I do?
If your Dishpatch box has not arrived within DPD's allocated delivery time slot and we have not already been in touch with you, please reach out to us at hello@dishpatch.co.uk so that we can look into this for you. Alternatively, you may reach our directly to DPD, as they will have all of the relevant information as well.
